Awkwafina

Awkwafina began as an American musician and rapper releasing sly tracks that tackled issues such as racial and sexuality with a humorous twist. Prior to her move to Hollywood the singer had the opportunity to make a few songs. Nora Lum began her musical path as a trumpeter. Her birthplace was Forest Hills Queens, she was the child of Chinese immigrants as well as Korean immigrants. Jazz, classical and hip-hop training began as she was in her teens. In college, she focused on her studies, and then studied women's studies and journalism. While she was for a brief amount of time in Beijing, Mandarin language classes were also offered.
