In 2012, Lofaso joined with Penguin to publish"The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Cooking Ideas for Delicious Home-cooked Meals and tells the story of the challenges she overcame when she was studying at the world-class French Culinary Institute, and while caring for her child Xea.
