She competes in the independent wrestling circuits across the globe for women Superstars Uncensored and Shimmer Women Athletes. Kay also joined Shine Wrestling 2012 after joining the promotion. Kay debuted at the show's first event, in which she teamed up with the tag team along with Taylor Made. April Hunter and Tracy Taylor became part of the team. They called themselves Made in Sin. Made in Sin defeated Taylor Yung Tim in the tag-match of six women. Valkyrie was the name that was given to the stable when Rain Velez joined Ivelisse. The show was Shine 8, Valkyrie defeated Amazing Kong, Angelina Love, Christina Von Eerie, and Yim in an eight-woman tag team match. Kay won a qualifier for The Shine Championship Tournament at the Shine 10 Internet Pay-Per-View in May 2013. Lexie Fyfe removed Kay from Shine Championship because she interfered in the main match that was played between Angelina Love vs Rain. Kay came back Shine 13 and teamed with Ivelisse in a victorious effort to beat Amazing Kong and Jessicka Havok.
